Trouble and Fox is a vibrant local retailer beside the Nelson Markets. The original space was dark, tight, and shaped by a startup DIY fit-out, creating clear constraints around light, flow, and budget.

This project required strong commercial judgement and disciplined decision-making across brand, cost, and design. The result is an affordable, high-impact fit-out that lifts energy, improves functionality, and sharpens brand presence—without overcapitalising.
